Gallant Energy Consulting is a California state certified insured Title 24 consulting firm founded in 2009 to provide Title 24 energy and mechanical design consulting services for commercial and residential projects.

Consulting for over 25 years on nearly 14,000 projects with more than 1,200 clients, we have the ability to model any project, commercial or residential.

Commercial experience includes office buildings, retail stores and malls, restaurants, schools, churches, group care facilities, high-rise residential, tenant improvements, and renovations.

Residential experience includes multi-family complexes, custom homes, subdivisions, and additions.

Architects using our services design with greater flexibility within the constraints imposed by state energy code laws.

Developers want both least cost compliance and attractive, marketable buildings. By optimizing the baseline energy code requirements, we have helped many clients participate in utility “exceed Title 24” programs, and for many developers have found significant construction cost savings related to Title 24.
